Employing a strategic pairing of aluminum and carbon fiber to achieve the perfect balance of strength, stiffness and a low weight, and a reversible 6° angle, the FL 1.0 Carbon Stem can easily make its home both on the road and on the trails. The body is forged from an advanced 7050 aluminum before being reinforced with high modulus carbon fiber, and the wide four-bolt face plate design better distributes stress and lowers the clamping force required to secure the handlebar.
